Point taken on the volume of the beeping, but I put those in the videos to bleep out the names of the companies that the people were working for. It helps protect the identity of the people who are doing the interviews that end up on these videos.
How does this apply to someone moving from a structured job and is not a manager? They ask this when you go from moving boxes.
I'm not sure I fully understand your question. Can you restate it with a little more detail please?
@@InterviewAt They often ask this question of warehouse employees who are interviewing to move up to leadership roles, etc. So if you are there moving boxes and are not in a position to set procedures and processes ( hence, structured job/ follows instructions)
