you clearly just haven't played enough lol. You see people split tactics on higher difficulties. One or two competent assault players will just start burning shit to the ground while stealth players will complete objectives while sneaking under the enemy nose.
Doesn't work well with bugs though.

@@sephidude123 Oh no, I haven't played at all. I don't have that kind of money, but I will say that the reason I love this game is because of the cinematic structure even a viewer can experience. Plus I did play the first game on my friends PS4, where he picked up the game from a bundle containing tetris, and God of War. So a first game with a gamplay looped I love, along with world-building I loved, and the stratagem system I loved, being ported and getting more love is something that even not owning the game gives me hours of enjoyment, I mean seriously the total run time of all the Hell divers streams I watched was probably around 27 hours.

My favourite part was unlocking the minefield drop I can’t explain how amazing it is when you get an extraction zone and there’s a choke point that you KNOW the enemy is gonna come through and watching them charge at you only to end up in the sky amongst shrapnel, fire and their friends
Problem with Minefield is every teammate manages to run into them as well

@@dionjaywoollaston1349 For the love of god, just announce that you are using it or don't call it in when the team is storming outposts. I can't count the times I got fragged by our own mortars while dealing with perfectly manageable forces

To be fair the mortar sentry and the cluster bomb I think probably have the highest friendly fire kill count out of all the stratagems

I think if you play in a full group you don’t really consider stealth but I use it all the time playing solo. Only way to survive sometimes.
I used that armor type with that bonus and got aimboted by robots with missiles one git kills
I use Stealth, Marksman rifle, SMG and Grenade launcher while running solo with Eagles watching over me. It's the only method that works for me. Destroy bug nests fast and keep them away from me with the rifle. Haven't fought the robots solo, fuck that haha
@@hampdog5716 Robots solo stealth is actually so much easier than the bugs. For one you can actually run away and disengage quite easily and their tales are so much easier to understand. With bugs I often can't tell immediately if they noticed me etc. Their reinforcement is also near instant in comparison to bots flares and dropships. I mean, you can also drop those dropships by aiming at engines with at as well

Nah, the best feeling is when you get 80+ kills with one of the nukes you see stuck in the ground. That or the mini nuke SEAF artillery.

I don’t a funerall when I’m dead, I think funerals are weird, it’s unecessary suffering, but if I had to have one, I want freebird played at one point. Because that’s all I aspire to be
earlier i was doing some solo drops. one mission, i spent a solid 3 or so minutes crawling through some tall grass up to a heavy outpost that had a pair of blast cannon towers just so that i could call in a bunch of eagle strikes and crater the outpost without dying a dozen times. most nerve wracking mission i've played so far this week

Pro tip, split up off the team with
light armour,
a jet back,
a grenade launcher,
learn how to sneak past patrols,
take out hives and factories with one shot of the launcher,
use the jet pack and light armour for mobility to grab supplies to reload and resources and those “oh shit” moments.
and carry your team on side objectives and sample with a dash of medals and super credits. I do this all the time and it’s very appreciated

I remember me and a teammate doing synchronized shots with an auto cannon and quasi cannon on some screechers hives. No audio talk, just a “count to 3” in chat.
It really wasn’t much but it stuck with me that we were on the same wavelength of knocking out the hive.
