As a Whovian, I jumped so quick on the "What's the longest running Sci-fi" question. That sucker's been running for 50+ years
But also, I was worried whether the 15 years it was off the air (1989-2005, not counting the Paul McGann movie) would disqualify it
I looked it up, the longest running American sci-fi series is red vs blue.

as someone who has not remembered seeing any sci-fi movies or shows in my life, the amount of pride I got when I answered Dr. Who correctly is the boost of serotonin I needed today
Fun little fact about the first question. They never say "the spice must flow" in the original Dune books. That's actually a line from the Dune (1984) movie. However, the line was in the Kevin J Anderson and Brian Herbert books written after Frank Herbert's death so the question is still correct on a technicality. :D

I've watched both Metropolis and La Voyage Dans la Lun. They were so cool, but it is so funny to see how they imagined science fiction. They really thought the moon had all kinds of plants and creatures on it XD

As someone who grew up in the Sleepy Hollow area, a place that Washington Irving practically put on the map, I couldn't help but think of that story

Kinda bummed Spencer didn't point out the "Starkiller" name being used in "The Force Unleashed" game, which was canon at the time. I can't remember if the sequel was canon or not, or if it decanonized the first one. It doesn't really matter. Once Disney took control, they scrapped the whole idea anyway.
I don't believe any of the games barring KOTORs 1 and 2 were ever considered canon, not even as part of the EU. It's only after the canon restructuring and Disney acquisition that specifically the EA games became canon, and then only whatever happened in story modes.

So, little fun fact for spencer. He may know this, but Tyrell, Weyland Yutani, and Cyberdyne all could be for any of the franchises above except for robocop. As Alien, Terminator, and Blade Runner share a universe (Skynet's apocalypse being averted Cyberdyne becomes Hyperdyne is bought out by Tyrell which produces replicants and Weyland-Yutani absorbs both producing androids such as bishop, david, and the MUTHER core. )

Being a sci-fi nerd I have to say this as an "um actually"-adjacent feeling. Many fans consider Blade Runner and Alien to be set in the same fictional universe and so the answers could be interchangable. Though not officially in the same Universe, both Blade Runner and Alien were directed by Ridley Scott

The corporations one is a trick question, Tyrell Corporation is in Alien and Blade Runner, at the beginning of aliens, when Ripley is in the board meeting, the crew’s profiles are scrolling by, it says that Dallas(the captain of the nostromo) was a transfer from the Tyrell Corporation

Oof that final question is actually a little tricky, cause there is a Hyperdyne Systems referenced in Alien, which is an in joke referencing The Terminator's Cyberdyne Systems.
Terminator 2 has I think a future human resistance fighter with one of the smart guns from Aliens, and in the 1999 DVD of Alien there was an extra scene which mentions Dallas taking a paycheque from the Tyrell corporation, as well as the identical "Purge" computer graphics.
I mean after this episode I’m definitely a Spencer stan… But also, don’t diss Doctor Who ahah
