  • Depression is often simplified as being a serotonin issue, but there's much more to the story. Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) is a crucial protein that affects learning, memory, and the brain's ability to change and adapt (neuroplasticity). People with depression often have lower BDNF levels, making it harder to overcome life challenges.

    Interesting as I always assumed I was depressed. But I get this phenomena called “Tetris” Syndrome. Where you start to imagine or even see or visualize everything with the foundation of a game. For me it would be often Gardenscape's / homescape's (candy crush like game)
    That does show the brains neuroplasticity as it changes with the game. But on the other hand I have PDD-NOS. Interesting video non the less

    Depression is just an illusion, just think about it 🙂
