My car isn't the best looking as it sat for 26 years before I got it. I actually had so many people comment on how good it sounded when it had the original exhaust on it. First car show I went to ended up with a newer Corvette next to me at every stoplight and we caught every darn one. He actually said hey you got a good sounding car. I said it's alright for a polished turd 😂😂😂. I enjoy every damn drive I go on. It's not pretty but it's fun 😁
Man, I have been watching both of your channel’s for a while now! The message you sent in this video is spot on!!! While I have a 23 F-150 lifted on 35’s, I still would rather drive the fox to work! Today driving home I filmed the odometer rolling over as it hit 100,000 miles!!! It’s a work in progress and I love it! Today on my way home from work two young boys in an Audi wagon looked over smiled then both gave me a thumbs up!!! I really wish I lived closer to you, I’d be over there all the time soaking up your knowledge like a sponge! Berger and Andrew have no idea how lucky they are to have you in their lives! Thanks for sharing and I always enjoy watching!!! Ace

Been daily driving my 87 vert for 5 years.. from April to mid November up here in Northern Indiana. During the winter o upgrade and do mods for the next year. Appearance wise it's got a little worse, top has some patches n shit... but the fun factor keeps getting better. Drove it 600+ miles to fto in june.. I drive this thing everywhere and race it at the track every weekend.. no need for a nice car when you drive what you love! Talked to you at fto I was the one telling you how I ran 3k rpm all the way there bc of the gear and non lock stall.. car has been solid reliable! Just started swapping to manual this weekend and getting ready to cage it! Got booted from the track in October for going almost .5 to quick without a rollbar lol..
Looks like a blast! Watched your videos for a few years now, and in doing so I finally broke down and bought a foxbody. Love watching your video's and always appreciate your advice! Wicked community, wish they had more events like this in western Canada.Maybe one day I'll make it down to one of these events!
Awesome video, as always love the Foxes, had three of them. But having three New Edge GT's, I like them a little bit more, especially as a daily driver. Look they all are special to me, that why we all are different, just like are cars. Killer video bud.
Fixing to start building a new engine after Christmas a 306 heavy ported gt40 3 bar heads Anderson n41 cam powerdyne 7lb boost 30lb injectors 3000 stall 410 gears Typhon upper and lower heavy ported 70mm throttle body will this combo do decent
Powerdynes were pretty inefficient and hard to guess at how well porting was done. I might expect you to be in the 330-350 rwhp ballpark & run into the 11s, assuming it's well-tuned.
Hey brew2l Have you ever heard of or used the Anderson motor sports tuner for the foxbody? Looking at a used one but I’m starting to think they are extremely obsolete
I'm 48, I've had nice stuff and I've had not so nice stuff. For me, the vehicles that are a little rough around the edges are the ones that meant the most, the character, keeping them going, doing what you can to keep it looking as decent as it can look for the money you have. Those are the ones that stay in my soul. Personally, "under construction" is a finished product to me.
I got a ratty 88 SSP all the way down in Sydney Australia, I've been daily driving it since 2018, she's spent some time off the road with mechanical issues this year, I'm itching to get back to daily driving, not far off now hopefully!
Almost bought a Charger as a new daily before I realized I still like driving a fox more, every day. I was right. Could easily go out and get a C8, GT500, or any other reasonably priced attainable sports car, without a loan. I drive a Fox. Couldn't possibly be happier.
You know Idgaf what people think of mine I'd Rather have a 75 mustang II coupe than a 24 lol my fox Is far from perfect but so close to driving I'm gonna be driving her asap
1994 SN95 representing. I understand Berger when you can't drive the car. Mines nothing to get excited about, basically stock with aftermarket exhaust and a few other minor mods. But it's my baby and if I can't drive it, I get depres sed. Last time I drove it was early September and then I broke my wrist. Now that I'm healed it needs the thermostat replaced and have to wait until next year because I live in winter northern state. 🫤

They are obsolete since 2017 and no available service parts for them if something goes bad.

No car is more approachable at the gas pumps right now than a fox. Nothing...
