When he first said "Pacific" instead of "specific", I thought he misspoke. When he did this a second time, I though "Huh... that's weird..." When he said "ECK CETERA ECK CETERA", and not "ET CETERA (it is E-T-C after all!!) I lost faith in listening to this man.
It’s because of his dialect, not ignorance. If you listen to folks from certain parts of the UK (or the Bronx or Brooklyn) their are distinct differences in pronunciation of some words . Nobody would accuse people from the east end of London of not knowing the English language.
