If this series takes off (which I truly hope it does), I hope we will get to see Ariadna and the Antipodes and Dogfaces in the future. I wish you all the very best and hope this brings a whole swath of new fans in and maybe more forays into other forms of media like novels, comics, and videogames.
I'm brand new to the fandom, but nearly every faction has incredible storytelling potential. O12 would make for an amazing basis sci-fi police procedural, for example.
Same! I've been a Haqq player since 1st Ed. and the few Hassassins that existed at the time were my favourite models. The original Fiday was one of the minis that drew me to Infinity in the first place. It's great to see them in the spotlight.
Definitely well deserved and congratulations!!! Many years of hard work and dedication to the arts that each and everyone of you excel at come to fruition. En hora buena y para adelante con un futuro rico con exitos.
Sweet lord, I cannot believe how good it looks. The animation and voice acting seem to hit arcane-level of awesomness, which to me is the absolute king of animated series. Even if it is half as good as it promises to be, It will be uneffinbelivable. Congrats for the effort! Now, I need to paint myself some Haqq.

It needs to up the ante a bit to reach Arcane's animation and production. It still looks great though and I am fully convinced that the story, the script and the characters will be much much better than Arcane. Arcane was pretty, but ultimately hollow. I'm hoping for depth and character and world-building before fan-service with Paradies Lost. And that we get to see some Ariadna, of course...
I've watched this company since they were babies. I'm so proud of what you guys have been able to accomplish. May you continue to know success, all of you!
Absolutely. As a 40k refugee this is all I wanted for (not from) corvus. Their IP is amazing, their game is amazing, their ideas are amazing and their team are amazing, they just need to be more known and this will help a lot.
Show looks beautiful!! I'm so happy for you guys, and I'm so excited to see Infinity come to life like this!! Congratulations, this is just the excuse I need to get started on a Haqq force haha
A friend recently got me into the game. Absolutely love the lore, the setting, the models, the game play - And now really looking forward to this series!

I'd love to see some Druze in the series. Unlikely but I've gotta hope!. The shot of the Umbra through the hole in the torso was really cool. I'm mega hyped by this and hope it spirals off into more shows!
big point make the Logo bigger. Infinity is after Marvel a name that gets complicated to find when you just use that term. Trailer 9/10 Haqq is nice but PanO and O 12 are my personal No 1 factions. Maybe I build and paint my Haqq from Backwind one day :D
Trailer is lame. Doesn't tell us what the story is about or what the stakes are and fails to engage. Sure, some Easter Eggs for the hardcore Infinity crowd, but that won't do the trick for a wide audience. Speaking strictly in commercial terms, featuring a woman and a Muslim as main characters is a dumb choice considering that 99% of people who buy Corvus Belli products are men living in western countries. Hope the series does well but it sure doesn't look promising.
The whole point of a trailer is to excite the viewer, not provide a summary of the plot. Otherwise, why would anyone watch it. I think you will find there is a larger player base than your assumption of white men in Western countries. Get out of here with your division.
En España (país de origen de Corvus Belli), hay mucha inmigrante de Marruecos y países árabes. En general en Europa hay mucha inmigración de Medio-oriente en específico Francia (example Argentina beaten 2-1 by Morocco in chaotic opener, France cruise)
@quietprofessional4557 You sound a bit confused. I didn't say a trailer should give a summary of the plot for Pete's sake, I said it should convey what the story is ABOUT. Do I have to explain the difference to you? And which "wider player base" are you referring to? Non-western countries? The sales speak for themselves. As for women, most would rather chew broken glass than go through the N4 rulebook. Generally speaking it's MEN - white men or black men or anything in between - who spend cash on miniature games. Not women. I'm not trying to be a jerk or upset you, just telling you how the world works.
@@georgee4810 It is a trailer, and it is a trailer designed to get interest and funding for the series. A pilot trailer I suppose. So is it fair to say that it does not give any plot details? If anything, it is there to promote the animation style and give the audience a glimpse of what to expect. The concept of "show, don't tell" is important for the visual medium. The trailer does offer a broad plot regarding the importance of silk, and the trailer shows different groups fighting over it. A basic plot indeed, but can be learned by watching it. Does it have to be explicitly stated in a long monologue? It is a teaser trailer, designed to tease us and want us to have more. There is a small Infinity gaming community in Singapore which is not a Western country. Russia is also not a Western country and there are plenty of players there. The player base for Infinity is very small compared to other tabletop games. If the series has a good story, it does not have to cater for the Infinity community. I never played Arcane: League of Legends, however I did enjoy the mini-series season 1 on Netflix. That was not catered to me; but the story, character development, and cinematics pulled me in to watch it. Considering Infinity includes all ethnicities, it will have a broad audience anyway, regardless if they play the game or not. Considering AlitarS's comment, most Western countries have large numbers of immigrants, so your statement about men in Western countries only is incorrect. The series will cater for a large audience, not just those of us who play Infinity. As for women, yes they are outliers who do play Infinity, yet I think if the story and character development is good, women may find it worth watching.
It will be wild if Corvus Belli ends up putting out a quality animated series based their games before GW. Hoping for the best!
as Infinity was designed first to be a tabletop RPG before miniatures game, it's easier to put more mundane situations than W40K.
Current GW bosses are to full of them selves to admit the fact that they are going in to the wrong direction.
They should strike a deal with Adult Swim, clean up the mess that GenLock and Venture Bros. left behind

This is huge, I hope this brings many many more players to this great game and amazing universe! I'm super happy for you guys!

@@d.esanchez3351 on that note, I find it hilarious that they have an official trailer before GW

If 99% of CB buyers are men in western countries, isn't using a woman and a Muslim as main characters a way to attract a wider audience?
