All of the Thai idols are being paid less than others. Sorn from a girlgroup CLC (she's also Thai) once talked about it. It's all because of the politics. Thai idols who are working in Korea have to pay some taxes to Thailand as well, so kpop Thai idols are making the same amount of money as others, but some of that money goes to pay those taxes, and that's why they in fact receive less amount than their bandmates.
Sorn was angry about it, but it's nothing the idols can do.
I think the only way would be that the company would pay those taxes themselves and give all the money to the artists, but honestly - which businessmen would do that. And just the disclaimer - don't spread hate on the CEOs, because those decisions are made by board members. CEOs like Park Jinyoung (JYP) or in past Yang Hyunsuk (YG) are the faces/owners/founders of their companies, but they don't make all of the decisions, at least not just by themselves.
And about racism towards Lisa, because she's a foreigner, but not towards Rose, even if she's Australian.
Rose is still Korean and she "looks Korean". Even if for us Asians look at least similar, they are not in 100% that similar, obviously, just like white people are not that similar as well. Like, I can tell that someone is from Scandinavia or from Slavic country. Or you, Flo - for me you looked like a German even before I knew that you really are from Germany ;)
So even if of course not all Koreans are racists, those who wrote these comments about Lisa did that, because she looks different, she looks foreign.
And just for you to know, even half Korean idols are being discriminated in Korea sometimes (of course NOT by all Koreans. And now it's better than it was a few years ago). Vernon from a boygroup Seventeen once talked about being bullied while going to school in Korea, because he's half Korean, half American, and he "looks mixed". He also said that one time a woman asked him about something on the street or on a subway, but when he turned to her to answer, she just looked at his face and walked away.. For me it's wild, because even half Korean idols look Korean to me, but somehow some Koreans can see that they are mixed and do that rude things. And just for the record, I repeat - SOME Koreans, not all.
I wrote that comment just to explain some things to you, for you to understand it better, not to spread hate on anyone.

But I wouldn't be surprised if it's similar for other foreign idols, especially from Asian countries. It all depends on what agreement Korea has with their home country.

Because if Korea changed their agreements with other countries about royalty fee that's great, but in Thailand's case their law also limits payment for music - you can earn money only for streaming of your music, while in Korea idols are being paid for also public usage and rearrangements of their tracks. And Thai idols are/were (?) being paid according to their home country's law, so less than Korean idols anyways.

in my opinion, YG's first mistake was not treating Black Pink equally.
Even though Lisa is paid lower, YG should still be able to treat her as a member from Korea. maybe that's what makes Lisa underestimated by *some* K-net even at the beginning of debut. but it turns out that Lisa attracts a lot of fans' interest, which makes _some_ K-net increasingly want to drop Lisa because they are jealous (their favorite can't shine like Lisa).
i don't know if Lisa was treated by the staff according to management's instructions, or just because of the unprofessional staff (because she's not Korean).

Lastly, I think that *many* (not all) of K-net do have a narrow and old-fashioned perspective. So they tend to elevate their race and denigrate other races. If some of these K-net don't open their minds and change, they will become a nightmare for their country of South Korea (Maybe the world will label the country *SK* the most racist country in the world) due to their actions, because we all know, Kpop has already been endemic throughout the world.

This reminds me so much of the compilation video of hate comments towards Sulli before and after she passed away. Sulli got it really worse but both situations are disgusting. Sulli is my ultimate bias and Lisa is my second ultimate bias. To read all these comments towards them make me sick. That's why sometimes I just choose to stop browsing on the internet for certain period of time and that way, I will have a peace of mind. One thing I learned after Sulli's passing is that I NEED to do everything I can. People may not read my messages but recently I tried to be very vocal about supporting them. Every bit of support will help the people who needs and deserves it. I still have that regret of not being able to do my best to give support to Sulli that is why I'm trying my best not to make that mistake again. The bashers are disgusting, childish, immature and toxic. Hope they will learn to be a better person.
