Yes. See, TOO were co-managed by Stone Music Ent (aka CJ E&M) and n.CH Ent and they had agreed to manage the boys for 7 years, CJ managing production and marketing and n.CH basically keeping house. But in August of last year (2020) CJ stopped paying n.CH their side of the deal and in January of this year (2021) was when this was all revealed. As of March 28th of this year it was announced at KCON:TACT season 3 that they had changed the named to TO1 (TOgether as 1) and have had one comeback with the song Son of Beast. I really encourage you to support these boys after all they’ve been through! TL;DR Yes, but it’s very complicated.

Originally, Han San placed 3rd but did not debut with TOO. Jaeyun was added after their survival show, because he had the next highest score.
