    your videos are a godsend honestly! my head is buzzing with anxiety and depression and feeling awful about so many things recently and I don't have anyone to say to me what I need to hear but your videos always help so much and feel like a much needed safe haven where I know nothing said is going to make me feel worse (unlike things people say to me!) so major kudos to you, you have a great natural soothing energy, thank you for sharing that and helping us 🙌

    My sleep problem is kids. Little kids. Don't get me wrong, I love my kids more than anything in the world, but momma needs sleep. It's a necessity 😂

    Did this the full two weeks... I usually never follow anything through to the end, but I'm so glad I did. Who knew a regular sleep schedule was so good for you? I mean... lot's of people, but no one ever does it, lol. This is breaking news. Everyone should be doing this. I also read a book... Like a real book with pages. Haven't done that in a while😅. The difference in not just sleep but overall mood and quality of life is unreal. Also, I'm a morning person now? And pleasant to be around? Who am I? What is happening?!
    Thank you so much. I think I will keep doing this 😊.

    This was just what i need to hear because i have been having a hard time going to bed on time this was just what i needed and i love the therapy role play vedios because thay always help me talk to my behavior therapist and be more open and honest with myself thank you Jeremiah

    Awesome videos. Maybe could do one where the listener is sick (fever, flu) and needs to be reminded to rest, keeps trying to work and needs a friend to let them know it’s alright to stay down and rest.

    Hi thanks for this video I've got complex post traumatic stress disorder generalized anxiety disorder and depression I struggle with dissociation flashbacks anxiety panic attacks insomnia and struggle with chronic neck back and shoulder pain and struggle with isolation as I don't have any adult family or friends I struggle to cope with the images of over 25 years of abuse going round my head day and night I haven't had a good nights sleep in about 2 years since the start of covid but this video does help me to feel more relaxed and the eye contact helps me to feel more grounded and more in the present moment thanks.

    Have you been taking courses on hypnosis or guided meditation or anything like that? Your use of so-called "hypnotic language" in much of the video was a lot higher than I ever remember noticing before.

    In my present personal condition, I don't deserve to get great sleep & I don't deserve to be well rested - so this is a stumbling block for me as I watch this otherwise excellent video.
