So many congratulations for this so wonderful and highly energetic and unbelievable and unbeatable so much very nice and very super Sword Tribal fusion belly dance performance and graceful coreography and nice creativity and super workout and nice expression and highly impressive thrillings and so much very nice super body language in this super belly dance act and nice music and beautiful video and always all of you go ahead and ahead and the almighty God bless to all of you for your bright future with all good wishes.
I thought it was a nice cherography and nicely done. But when they kept touching the sharp side of the sword with their bare hands, and no one bleed. Now the point of the sword being 'dangerous' is now gone...
Движения и атмосфера задних фонов прекрасно сочетаются,но вот крест там был не в тему)Он к одной культуре относится,а наряды ваши к другой,потому нелепица немного.Но всё равно танец красивый получился.
just a lil comment....the using of a sword in a perfomance is to have a danger feel to it, so if you put your hand on the blade all over it, it lose that feel of danger.....also relaxed faces some is really scared or worried face that make the dancing a bit off but over all nicely done just yous more trick so it will blow audience mind.........
+Latuz Bellydancers I can only wholeheartedly agree: I can fully accept and understand you work with dull ‚theatre‘ swords. Nevertheless fumbling and fingering around on the sword like a 3 year old totally destroys the illusion and .. in the end .. renders your whole performance insignificant for no important reason, just because of an accidental slip. I won’t say you need to look scared or worried, but you need to handle the blade (dull or not) with respect. It is an absolutely deadly weapon and it needs to be handled as such. Never forget that, not even for the part of a second (or you’ll be screwed; believe me). After all - to me - fusion (bellydance) is all about respect (and discipline). Nevertheless: I dearly love your choreography and performance (and many of your other videos as well. BTW.) That said: this is a typical mistake. Most dancers handle the sword like a juggling club, patching and clasping on the - apparently not so - sharp blade all the time. One of the rare exceptions are Irina Arkulenko (a goddess for herself) and Raqs Fusion (maybe). Still.. a f* cool video. Michael.
Clearly you do not understand the magic of the sword dance. Touching the blade signifies having power over the blade. Controling the danger. In other words, controling our fear over what may seem dangerous, but what we in fact have the ability to control. The dance is about balance, precision, and above all, hello! ART!
Yup, I just wrote a comment about it, before seeing yours, saying the same thing I said. Sword implicates 'dangerous', until everyone touches the sharp edges and no one bleeds, defeating the purpose.
Божественно)
Well done! Thanks for uploading this. God, love the swords moving in unison!
