They were supposed to win the only reason they dropped in seedings was because of injuries also the warriors had the best record in the NBA after 25 games like the nuggets did this year
Love the the little dashes of jokes in the vid, no lie.. 😂
warriors in 2022 were given a 13% chance to win the finals and they were only picked by one or two analysts out of like 40 to start the playoffs
not only that but steph averaged 31 in the finals
rick barry went crazy for the warriors Cinderella run
Update Nikola Jokić won the NBA championship so what you said about him aged well.
Paul George not getting picked for the clippers is criminal , man led in almost every stat
"Knee Wade" 😂
That Kawhi run was something else man
"Some choices were easier than others"
Dirk
I suppose this answers my Overrated, Underrated, or Properly Rated request though :) thanks for that btw
Also, to your point, in 2006, the Heat absolutely had a super team with their Big Three of D-Wade, Shaq, and the refs
For real
If Wade tripped in his way out of the bus, he'd already get his free throws
the refs didn’t do anything besides give d wade his fairly earned free throws (mavs couldn’t guard d wade even if their lives depended on it)
The mavs couldn’t guard d wade for shit they just fouled every single time. If you look at the stat sheet it looks bad but d wade got fouled every single time at the rim
He thinks Dirk is rated properly overall
As a Pacers fan in the Reggie age....Jordan was inevitable. He is the goat.
Scariest part about Kawhi on the Clippers during the playoffs is he’s been even better than he was in Toronto…
And 0 rings to show for it
It really is a shame. If he didn't make the choice of going to one of the most cursed sports franchises we would be having top 15 conversations
LeBron 2018 Playoff performance was the single most impressive stretch I’ve ever seen across all organized sports leagues
Phelps winning a gold in every event he competed in lol and Usains triple gold three Olympics straight are all better but whatever makes you happy
@@damianchase4230 yes sorry, I should have said in terms of leagues
Against such stacked competition as the g league pacers, the injured trash bros, and a Celtics team so battered by injuries 19 year rookie Tatum was their best player yet lebron needed seven games to beat rookie tatum
@@anshkaushik7920 LeBron didn't have a stacked team in 2018
Stop being a hater of greatness lmfao
Hell yeah, new Barry. Let's do this 🤘
3:00 I can remember my best combo of efficiency and valium that I ever had, the night ended well to say the least :)
Always love you NBA content 🏀🥰
Flightreacts aside, I don’t think I ever met a toxic curry fan
When a new Barry Banger drops 🙏🙏🙏🙏
1993 Suns: Charles Barkley.
1995 Rockets: Hakeem Olajuwon.
1997 Jazz: Karl Malone.
Almost got it it was 1998 jazz
Agitating the Kobe stans is always bold and scientifically accurate most of the time.
when you died explaining the hornets one i died 😂😂
I click on these solely to watch the lebron glazing and I’ll never get tired of it
Rick Barrys is by far better because as an underdog he fucking swept the washington bullets, which were way better at the time he honestly did it mostly himself
I think only one other player on his team averaged 10 points
do this video but for just the best playoff runs for each team
How is clippers not Paul George 2021
Can you please do this for football too?
Nah Barry was hating 😭
Barry, fan form Brazil.
Can you do a video about your opinion on Kevin Durant as a player and overall carrer?
God bless you.
24 minutes of a still image of his foot over line. Best I can do.
Spot on on Zbo bro!
The Sacramento one is crazy, every Sac fan in their right mind will always say '02
33/13/9 is crazy tho
2003 Duncan is the greatest carry job and individual run in nba history.
Thank you Barry for the perfectly timed video keeping my mind off of work and my wife's boyfriend currently at my home having pre-marital sex, you are truly a class act, Barry.
the warriors take is why i fucking love you, youre a godsend
Glad someone said it
- me whenever I watch your videos
Those really were some great advanced stats
The Hornets player putting up Caleb Martin stats 😭
If you need video ideas. Best team from every franchise.
Fate of the universe on the line. The martians have the death beam pointed at earth
I WANT THE KD WARRIORS
Basketball reference needs to sponsor Barry
Barry: *doesn’t select 2022 Steph for the GSW slot because Steph was always expected to win*
Also Barry: *selects LeBron 2012 for the Miami slot even though Miami was favored to win at the start of the preseason*
Select who you want idc but at least make the reasoning a bit more consistent to hide your bias lol
I'm pretty sure the 2012 Thunder were favored over the Heat.
@@kuhieyei3855actually I was surprised as well, although the heat were preseason favorites, the Thunder had better odds going into the finals.
He didn’t pick Joe Fulks either, drop 63.
@@kuhieyei3855 I'm not a LeBron fan, go look up the odds on basketball reference you uncultured swine
You just exposed your self little cuck curry fan okc was vegas odds favourite in the finals lmaoo😂😂😂
If the heat win these finals that would be the best playoff run of all time
Barry, give us your all-time starting 5 video
We need an all time 5 round draft please!! Every player in their prime
Cliff Hagan: KENTUCKY LEGEND
bro steph was an underdog in 2022, every analyst was tripping over each other picking the celtics
Most overlooked stat of giannis, where he almost blew out his knee against the hawks
I love you Barry!
An idea for the best game or best playoff game of every NBA superstar's career? That would be pretty cool
One that I think deserves mention:
Allen Iverson’s 55 point game on 74.6% true shooters vs Charlotte in the 2003 playoffs.
Only three other players have a playoff game with as many points, and as high a true shooting percentage, and all came in games that were much higher scoring overall.
Barry why do you say “volume” like “Valium” I’ve never been able to determine if it’s intentional or not
Wow, the comments for this are a war zone. I personally still think that Steph had the best Warriors playoffs run in 2022, especially considering his finals, but I am happy to see Barry getting shine when his is frequently forgotten
Rick Barry's is one the biggest carry jobs too. Up their with Dirk's title run
Will you ever make ufc or boxing videos?
90 was MJ's best postseason, 93 was his most impressive considering the opponents.
If we do run overall then 93.
If we do single series, I say either the 93 finals or 88 first round.
as a hornets/panthers/NCST fan… my life is pain
Dirks 2011 run shows why stats and advanced stats can't and don't tell the whole story, Wade was better statistically than Dirk but in the 4th quarter Dirk slaughtered the Heat especially the big 3.
Ngl having 2012 Lebron over 2006 Dwayne wade is encredibly disrespectful and the warriors weren’t expected to win in 2022
2006 depends entirely upon how convinced you are that the series was[n't] rigged.
because he is d riding lebron and hates steph and kd
@@BlueGrovyle I guess 2016 is rigged too? Let me guess you finna defend lebron 😂.
2022 wasn’t that good Boston was not the best team in the east they were lucky jimmy butler got hurt in game 3 which affected him for game 4 and 5 and that the refs took away max strus 3 pointer, and the warriors never had to face anybody good the west was insanely weak last year
@@BlueGrovyle nba is probably rigged in general
Knicks aren’t a historic franchise so much an iconic stadium and historically passionate (and scorned) fanbase
10:56 nah, no complaints. every heat championship has been led by a superteam.
That was the most Barry has ever talked about the Wizards! I’m on top of da world. Well, I guess it was actually the bullets he was talking about, idk still counts
Bulls shoudve been that boy Scottie Pippen in 1998. Everybody saw him put Jordan on his back (that was broken) and still got it done in game 6.
This sounds like something Draymond would say. Quite the troll
Kya
I already know the pick for Cleveland is 2016 because it ended in a title, but i would argue that it should be 2007 because it was one young man against the world.
I think 2018 was more impressed than 2007, but that’s just me
@@fortynights1513 I mean that's a good one. Two roster blow ups in one season. Still made the Finals.
@@fortynights1513He got swept in 2018 tho
Draymond got suspended in game 5 in 2016. He played in game 6
TIMMY at 18:33 caught me so off guard ahahaha
Last time I was this early, the Hawks were in the Western Division
Wade 06 run was magical. FOH with Lebron topping that as a Heat player
KG 2004 underrated. best peak ive seen this century outside of lebron prime
Rick Barry is just that good
Nah bro 71 Kareem has to take it for the Bucks
The Bucks were still considered a Expansion team in '71. So yeah it goes to kareem
