- Ingredients:
Milk 1ltr
Custard powder 4 tblspn
Sugar 5 tblspn
Fresh Cream 1 cup
Apricot 200gms
Slice bread 1 pack
Kesar few strands
Method:
Blend custard powder in milk 1/2 cup milk from 1 ltr milk. Boil 1 ltr milk 2-3 times then add sugar and cook for 7-8 mins. Now add custard powder mix and bring it to boil. Let it cool down.
Boil dried apricots for 15 mins. Let it cool down.
Plating:
In serving container arrange the bread slices, add the custard, then add the apricot, do the same.
Now add fresh cream on top then add some kesar strands and 1 piece of apricot for garnish.
Let it chill for 4-5 hours and serve cool.
