Whats missing in schools is cooking, sewing, typing, handicraft, auto shop, metal shop, electrical, Wood shop, horticulture and finally swats for the kids that screw around.
Thanks for watching! So it's true, there is no swatting of children in schools in Idaho, but the schools in the Treasure Valley actually do offer everything else you listed! My son learned auto mechanics through the technical program, kids can learn horticulture at the greenhouse at Capital High, all of my kids took the version of "home ec" and learned a bit of sewing, cooking, child care, etc.. and all the technical high schools offer everything else you listed. What's different is the attitude towards those things. Our society pushes the traditional 4 year college path with so much pressure that if kids want to pursue the trades, they feel like they are not "as good" or as "successful" as the other kids.
Out market will continue to be all over the place as long as the information the feds are putting out is all over the place. We have homes with multiple offers right now and selling for over asking and homes sitting on the market and selling for many thousands under asking. But typically homes with big price reductions don't show well, and were overpriced in the first place. The pendulum is swinging back and forth now, which is to be expected with instability. I cannot say when things will stabilize and where things will land when they do.
So many school choices! Which sounds the best to you?
Informative, concise, and timely. Thank you.

Big Price cut of $30K in Eagle $511,233 -- How much longer do you think these large price cuts will happen ?
