Few things from this vid:
1. Sidney is so tough and deserves way more flowers as a hooper than he gets among the friga crew. He was the MVP of this vid without a doubt.
2. College ball will do so much for scar's development. Considering he only knew hs ball at the time of this vid and already had a nasty bag, it makes sense why he plays an iso heavy "I'm that guy" style ball. Dude's tough and will get there with the intangibles
3. Kam not wrong for being mad. Teammates who want to play iso ball every possession in 5s is the worst. He probably saw it alot throughout the day and finally had enough.
4. The entire crew was probably tired by this point so can't be too mad that there wasn't the same energy and effort throughout

Yeah, but the only thing about Scar being so iso heavy is that he wasn't a big point scorer in high school. From his stats his senior year, he only averaged around 6 or 7 pts a game, so it's weird to see him do this.

Kam is 100% right about Scar. I said it on Scar's first video on his new channel documenting his college basketball career, Scar needs to develop point guard skills. Meaning better decision making by getting other guys involved in the offense. Scar is an offensive jogernut, he has a great handle, can finish with either hand, and has a nice midrange pull up jumpshot. But in order for him to make that transition to one day play D1 college basketball, he has to learn how to transition into playing the point guard position the right way.

Just wanted to say thanks for showing this side of the team. Some players don't exactly get the love they deserve and sometimes it has to be like that. Not that it's going to be like that but it HAS to be. Friga you guys play a REAL brand of basketball and I think it really helps to build chemistry and togetherness. Obviously some people are going to get into gameday teams more than other based on positions, fans or whatever, but that doesn't mean the way you guys play can't be translated to everyone that's not on the court as well. It's really telling that guys like Kam and Matt were being vocal about the way the team needs to play. One guy was playing in the 5v5 against Wild Hunt and one wasn't, but they echoed the same message. That should say something to every player on this team.

Appreciate it y’all, and this is literally no slight to Scar. Players like him are important. Amazing to watch and admire and also sometimes system plays get stopped , which is when players like him come in and generate offense on there own and just plain get buckets. Everyone has a role. There is a reason Jamal Crawford was never a consistent starter yet people will question why? Trust, there is a reason the coaches and experts knew why. Basketball is about winning , not highlight factories. It’s just frustrating to hear people say random shit, because you can instantly tell who the real hoopers are as soon as you hear them speak about the game.
It’s wild cuz I guarantee the 5 I would pick to win against real organized competition would probably be night and day from what most on here would pick. Matter a fact it would probably be pretty much copy and paste with the team they went with against Wild Hunt. Friga knew this , but sometimes just doesn’t know how to speak it out without offending his friends/ teammates and rightfully so.
