Cleanse (oil) Cleanse (60 seconds) Tone (optional) Exfoliate (2-3 times a week) Tone Mask (2X a week) Tone (you tone to balance your ph) (While still wet) Essence (optional but great to help serums penetrate better) Sheet Mask ( optional or 2X a week extra pampering) Serum Moisturizer / Sunscreen Oil ( optional, really seals in the moisture) Night sleeping masking (optional, just feels good smells amazing if using rose or lavender) But for the morning you just have to rinse your face you can choose to use serums for either night or day they will suggest the best usage. If you have oily skin oil is good too I’d just suggest at night .

Just a word of caution, triple cleansing might be disrupting the ph balance of your skin and stripping it far too much of its natural oils resulting in a skin that is too alkaline and prone to acne/inflammation. If you wear a lot of product on your face I recommend removing that before hand with an oil or oil cleanser which does a really good job at removing oil based products. Then going in with one gentle cleanser.
sierra reyes I recommend a few such as: VaniCream Gentle Facial Cleanser, Aveeno Ultra Calming Hydrating Gel Cleanser, Paula’s Choice Moisture Boost One Step Face Cleanser, and Neostrata Facial Cleanser just to name a few! I always advise others to look for mild lightly foaming cleansers that mimic the natural ph of our skin. Those are a few I love.
