When Opie said Paul has a little Dennis Miller in him (or the other way around), I'm pretty sure he meant his voice. They do both have a nasally, effeminate tone. Not nearly as much with Miller, but it's still a chore to listen to him talk for more than a few seconds at a time because of it.
