This is kinda weird. A girl version of the previous boss complete with a girl version of the previous hero so now a heroine. And also race swapped. What makes it ok is that they didn't replace or destroy the male counterparts and the girl versions are still attractive and feminine. They act like women, have good designs and style. This is what Hollywood should be doing if the6 want to add so called diversity.
Kof 14 and 15 have some of the worst character designs in the series, the new characters look either uninspiring or cringy, or both. This boss belongs to the "both" department.

Otoma Raga has some of the most broken moves worthy of an SNK Boss. Her problem is her AI. She got the Orochi treatment.
