I'm a St. Louis Union Carpenter. Under my own LLC, I build spiral staircases, custom tiny houses, and camper trailers. I enjoy custom projects and the challenges they are accompanied with. When a person focuses on bringing ideas into reality, does one create truly, the only one of a kind in the world assets to be utilized snd enjoyed for generations. I'm Tim, and helped build the home addressed 1107 Dolman, Lafayette Square....

Great video. For all the bad publicity about crime, I really like St. Louis. It remains a REAL city, unlike those characterless suburban Sunbelt sprawls such as Atlanta, Charlotte, Houston, Dallas, et. al.

Nice relaxing and informative video. I remember when many of those "painted ladies" were rooming houses in the late sixties and early seventies before the restoration movement took hold. A friend of mine owned one and when he moved, he told me he literally had to give it away as the value at that time was so low. Your video pointed out to me the many beautiful mansions on the square, which I had forgotten about. Well done!

I probably happened to go at a quiet time. It was fairly chilly, I did see a few people walking. Thanks so much for finding my channel. I hope you liked it. Very cool neighborhood.
