WHAT DOES IT TRULY MEAN TO "DENY HIMSELF & TAKE UP HIS CROSS"||MATTHEW

Matthew 16:24 Explained "Deny himself" means refuse, reject, decline, and deny the fleshly desire or reject the demands of the flesh, which are sin inside the lord. And "take up his cross", Cross means things that are distorting the happiness of the followers of Christ. Cross is the result of denying the demands of the flesh. As followers of Christ should take up his cross.
