Though “board members” is a platinum disc album but EGBE DOMA Album always beats my imagination whenever I listen to it. Ebenezer Obey enjoyed a very pleasant affinity with most of the high societies in Nigeria and they missed him terribly when he veered from full-time Juju Music in 1992. Though Obey did not wax album for all these clubs but he enumerated most of them in his 1990 album “Count your Blessings’ and he also made many live performances for these clubs. Fortunately, Obey released this album and the “Association of friends’ album during the era of his booming funkiness combined with appealing percussion.
