Because if you think about his intended purpose, which was to rule over Inazuma for all eternity these "parts" would NOT be needed. The funny thing about some of thier passes with the woman being 14-, they were older than they looked. Lumine and yanfai being the perfect examples. Yanfai being around potentially 500+, and lumine having seen the birth and death of multiple stars, making her like 100,000+ years old, and that's only when she's awake with the stars

I don't know any other country beside japan and US where drinking age is higher then 18 in europe it's generally around 16 and in medieval germany/Mondstat it would probably be even lower

Not my favorite, but she's in my top for sure. Especially since everything she does is for Liyue and it's people. Always thinking about her city and putting Liyue Harbor and all it's citizens before herself. Something not many characters do.

Fischl was 14 when she got her vision, and it has been 1-2 years since an Electro vision appear until Raiden stop de VHD, so she is 15/16
Those are the ones I know by number, besides the adeptus or Archons, everything is from either character stories or the manga which is official, still there is not in game confirmation yet 🤔
