Even tho Rama has a very straightforward kit with nothing special it always feels nice to watch a gameplay, it's like an old cod sniper gameplay lol
That last game went smooth in the late, I love Rama. One of my fav hunters
IMO +5 phys prots and -75 health for sigil isn't that bad, assuming you are laning against a physical.
The math examples are a bit tedious to read, but suffice to say that the health is a bigger increase to your relative tankiness in the short term. But even then, it's a difference of only 5% or so.
However, the benefit of max health is just gone once you start taking damage and sustaining back up. Meanwhile, prots allow you to continously use your health more efficiently. Just 2 minutes of base hp5 and 3 health pots more than doubles your effective health pool early game, and at that point the prots catch up in effectiveness.
But also keep in mind that Sigil heals based off your max health, so that 75 max health is a little bit more that you're healing every time you get hit by an ability. Also keep in mind that an incredibly minute increase in overall viability doesn't save the fact that sigil was still arguably the worst solo lane item (at least for early game), and that it would need a lot more than just a tiny bit of overall sustainability for it to be actually worth picking up.

Im building sigil because its fun. But yeah only a few times on physical to see how it felt
the reason people are using sigil now is because the old guard variant patch notes state "Increased Healing from 1% of your Max Health to 2%"
That’s cool but most games will be decided well before you get your starter upgrade sadly. It’s not the best to win

Another good one is Redstone, Regrowth, Prophetic, the healer sickle item that gives physical prots on healing abilities. Then heartward amulet glyph and stone of binding or a flex item.

Why do you not get qin's instead of exe first?
Exe gives %pen shred, which means anybody you auto has reduced protections, not just for you, but for everything they take damage from.
Qins damage scales off of max health, so the later in the game you are and the more health people have, the more damage it will do.
TL:DR Exe is a great damage and team item throughout the whole game, while qins scales better mid-late game.
