We have met a few people whose boats have been struck by lightening, its one of our concerns as well. Lovely lovely colour of the water at 12:44, so dreamy and inviting!

That is perhaps the only thing you have no control over and it is almost the most damaging. Fire is the most terrible, but there are a lot of preventative measures and if caught early, can be controlled. But not lightning.

We share your concerns about thunder storms. Lightening is our biggest fear on the boat. Cheers

If you placed a false mizzen mast on the aft end of your boat with a large pulley on the bottom and top of the mast run a Dyneema line over both shives. Connect a container on a swivel every 2 feet to grow veggies in and when you water or harvest the food or flowers just crank the bottom shive to bring the plants down.

sounds very complicated for an ocean going boat 😀 but thanx for watching!

Your grow units are very nice. Where can I find those for my cat.? It was great seeing you at Omar’s in the BVI.

Hey, Trevor! Was it you guys? We had to check in there, but regretted it. Will in future always check in at Road Town. The gardens are called AeroGarden. Here is the Amazon link. a.co/d/0dqvJdz
