Looks like some states in the USA are going for year round standard time Permanent standard time doesn’t need approval from congress so it’s easier to get rid of the clock change California Idaho Oregon Washington Hawaii and Arizona don’t change the clocks and remain on Standard Time year round People just don’t like changing the clocks
