I wake up at 6:30 am to take an hour walk before my husband goes to work - it’s been amazing! I sleep a lot better and it’s motivating to be productive in other areas. 화이팅!!

I do that too and stick with one time to go to bed and wake up at the same time
I sleep at 3 and wake up at 6
