We use many different programs to bring it all together. Camtasia, PowerPoint, PhotoShop, Word, Animated Gifs, etc. It does take a lot of work to put these together, so we appreciate that you enjoy them.
A pulse type steam trap is a mechanical device used in steam systems to remove condensate and non-condensable gases while retaining steam. It operates by using a pressure-actuated mechanism that opens and closes a valve in pulses, allowing condensate to discharge intermittently. The trap is designed to open when the pressure of the accumulated condensate reaches a certain threshold, then quickly closes once the pressure drops, preventing steam loss. This pulse action provides efficient condensate removal, reduces energy wastage, and maintains system performance by ensuring steam lines are free of water and other impurities.
Depends on the application and where the trap is located (Heat Exchanger, Steam Coils, Pipe Mains, etc), the volume of steam and condensate expected, pressure and temperature fluctuations, etc. I would recommend contacting a steam specialist in your area. The manufacturers offer great assistance with the proper selection. Good Luck.
It consists of a bucket-shaped device connected to a lever mechanism. When steam enters the trap, the bucket rises, allowing condensate to drain. As steam cools and condenses, the bucket inverts, closing the valve to prevent steam from escaping. Inverted bucket traps are robust and reliable, making them suitable for applications with varying loads and high pressures.
I enjoy your video 🙏 and am amused by the way u make them. Please tip me on how you create them, high quality content with massive knowledge

Thanks, very clear explanations.
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching.
THANKS FOR EXPLANATION, WHAT ARE PULSE TYPES STEAM TRAPS? ANY IDEA PLEASE !!! LOOK FORWARD TO HEAR. THANKS. 😊

Which one is best for industrial steam, not extremely high pressure. Less than 100psi

Can u pls explain inverted bucket trap
