Not even close. The list of icons is very small and perhaps debatable but Hunter isn't on the list. He may go down as one of the best heels of all time but not an icon. No way. HHH worked with Icons his whole career and only gets included on their level because his family inserts his highlights into video packages. WWE has been trying to convince us that Hunter is a WWE legend since 2000. Get over it. He is good we admit it can't that be enough?

Sting wasn't buried at Wrestlemania. He was over. Look at how rivalries are nowadays. If Sting won, he'd be feuding with Triple H full-time through Payback. Maybe longer. He got over, there was a showing of respect. The goal was to make sure Sting would be over with the fans. WCW guys always lose upon entering as well. It's how it's always been. When Sting returns, he'll probably get Undertaker at SummerSlam or Survivor Series or something. Stop the conspiracies already.
