These dont really plump that much. They just have a bit of a cooling sensation and the high gloss makes your lips appear bigger.

It's not an intense plumping. I feel that they make my lips look plumper, but that could just be the effect of the gloss. I find that glosses make lips look plumper anyways. They do have an icy feel on the lips.
