the trust principles are pretty straightforward, the part no one talks about are the parties. how do you thread the needle so your trust isn't classified as a scam trust? do you use the strawman, the living man, the trust itself as the parties or do you bring in a third party trusted individual? but with the individual estate which is what most people are trying to secure you wouldn't want to give anyone POA in your estate for many reasons, so you would have to play all parties somehow without arousing suspicion from the public. that's the discussion i haven't seen in the "patriot" circle.

Would this protect a small business? I'm still on a journey of trying to figure out how to protect my small business from local, state, and federal regulations. I make herbal remedies, tinctures, teas, etc. I'm self-regulated as there isn't really a "license" to be an herbalist and isn't really regulated other than if you're going to sell, they want insurance, for you to work out of a commercial kitchen, etc. I work out of my home & follow my own strict safety guidelines, common sense stuff. Cheers brother, great question. Yes you can be the grantor and the trustee. You can not be the sole trustee and sole beneficiary. That's where the trust becomes invalid. You are right, it's easier for courts etc to understand a different grantor and trustee. But we have to know the trust law history and cases and we see.. it's as simple as saying, "this is my property, I now hold it in trust for xyz beneficiaries.." That simple. Obviously you'd write it down more officially for an "express" trust. Of course you can choose what to do with YOUR property. If YOU choose to hold it in trust for so and so beneficiaries it's your right. If you're also a beneficiary along with others, that's even ok but it becomes harder. If you're the trustee and others the beneficiary, that's very clear. As trustee, you can utilize the trust property, ie offices homes, properties, etc to effectively manage the trust. Remember, "own nothing, control everything". That's the trustee position. I hope that helps. This is still my gentle layman opinion after much research. This is not legal advice.

That's what confuses people the most and is most scary because people want a stamp. It's your right to do so therefore needs no stamp of approval. It depends on your goal. If you're transferring property it may make sense to go through process to have title transferred. Some do this for property others for freedom of travel etc. What's your goal?

You are expressing the trust through the written document he’s sharing here “express” means to declare orally or written. If you get the state to record the trust certificate it - it’s not a registration, so it is not in their jurisdiction necessarily. You are just making notice that the trust exists.

You must first withdraw your certificate of birth. And your birth certificate from whatever nation holds it. Until you do that then nothing you make or produce is worth anything. I've over 25 years experience of being free and I can tell you it's not an easy way to live as you need to be more responsible for all your actions. You need private medical cover, you still need insurance to cover your day to day things, you also need to educate yourself legally as solicitors will not really want to help you. You can expect to be arrested and loose vehicles etc and if you have a family they will be threatened.. Freedom is not for everyone, it's scary and difficult.

You can do whatever you like to it. I don't know if that's considered importing a benefit or not though.
@@CommonLawRightSociety Lil heads up here. If you get the NOTARY STAMP then it brings the STATE into the agreement as 3rd party. REMEMBER THEY OFFICIALLY REPRESENT THE SECRETARY OF STATE. You might as well say anytime you want to look over my trust and books and call me into court then have at it.YOUR Autograph and that of witnesses (two or more gathered in name) gives witness to all.

Simple Q~is reporting business income. LLC as trustee? Or as trust or as individual taxes.
I'm not sure i understand the question. Are you asking who's liable on income for a private express trust?
The soul reasoning in our (contract) "trust" was to create a family business or family tree to produce
Fruits for the family to thrive in the private.
Issue I'm having is using outside resources like banks to utilize and the reporting process of the fruits our tree produces.
Hope this makes sense.

You must first withdraw your certificate of birth. And your birth certificate from whatever nation holds it.
Until you do that then nothing you make or produce is worth anything. I've over 25 years experience of being free and I can tell you it's not an easy way to live as you need to be more responsible for all your actions.
You need private medical cover, you still need insurance to cover your day to day things, you also need to educate yourself legally as solicitors will not really want to help you.
You can expect to be arrested and loose vehicles etc and if you have a family they will be threatened..
Freedom is not for everyone, it's scary and difficult.
