Steps 1- write upsets ( first pen), leave two lines
2- mirror all upsets to myself ( second pen)
3- Ask yourself, is it true ( feel yourself where it hurting), give peace nd love....Do it one by one upset...

For the first tym I got the answer to my question which i was being searching for soo long.. This video actually cleared my doubt. Everyone loves me respect me coz i also love myself but sometym people dont believe and my twinflame don't understand me and we got separated..
