While my laser cleaning machine is primarily designed for removing surface rust, it might be possible to use it for cleaning mold between double-glazed windows in some cases. However, I recommend consulting a professional, as this involves disassembling the windows to ensure safety and effectiveness.
The cleaning speed does depend on the equipment settings and mode used. The video is sped up, so the actual time can vary based on the specific situation. Since you uses flathead beem you are stuck with black spots after pit rust, thats what you might allow on a clutch plate etc but should be avoided if you are to prime and paint a surface, Better have Gaussian beam-1,5-5 mj .that will remove most of the black spots and leave a surface much more stabile to no easy start rusting as fast as an surface with left overs blackstains and spots. I assume laser in video have 15 mj ?
15-25 mj is a so called "allrounder",,witch it is not even if it covers a lot. For delicate parts like mould, high pressure metals gaskets surface and soft materials ..choose 50-100mj. These are the best option to avoid any problems to keep the surface roughness max allowed. Always check what is max surface roughness, do some testing on dummies before wreeking any very expensive parts 🙂 Invest in a good calibrated surface roughness tester to document when work is done.
That is awesome
Can you clean mold that is between glad window pains 4:06
