Nice Video, But the commander Is NOT released yet, because i searched every meter, so to get in easily, There is a Rare chair that Appears at 20K Meters, infront of the bunker, If it doesn't Appear you need to restart this WHOLE trip to 20k again, if there is the chair, You can actually go infront of the vault and place the chair facing back and on its back, You could sit on it then look above or at your side and you will see what is there, And you can also glitch inside, it takes some times, i hope this helps.
