- This video explains that in the tradition of hatha yoga, a very powerful practice is your three bandha - or three locks, because practised together they bring integration between your solar and lunar forces. If you practise them regularly seven times each day after your morning bowel movement, under the guidance of an experienced teacher, you will definitely experience that you are more grounded, and are better able to maintain your focus during the day.
