I think it's less of some kind of message and more of a stylistic choice. In a lot of narrative works, the most powerful beings hide in plain sight as a way to throw off expectations. Likewise in a lot of biblical stories, gods do the same thing.
There's obvious symbolism there. But ALOT of things use it. Which is why I'm inclined the director of the video was going for that, rather than it being an indicative message about anything. Still great imagery. But I don't think it's actually that deep.
