- I'm thrilled to share my accordion folio Christmas journal! This is PART 1/3 of my flip through.
I created this using the fantastic idea-ology Christmas 2023 collection by Tim Holtz. It was so much fun experimenting with different ideas and bringing this project to life! This journal combines GRUNGE & GLITTER ... and it has some other fun ideas for you to try out on your own projects!

Luise, I know Tim is so happy to have you on board, and you are very happy also. I love this Journal, its so beautiful and creative. You have given me so many new ideas. I also love Tim Holz products.. I never thought about squishing that bottle brush tree, also using a Pringles can for a spine.. what a wonderful ideas you have. Luise, don't think you have to have tutorials for everything you create! I am so, so, so grateful for the tutorials you have made for us. They are so inspiring to watch, but so are these flip through videos! And you explain it in such detail! I'm just amazed as I'm watching them! How you come up with these techniques are inspiring!
This Christmas journal is inspiring! 🤩I've already decided how to create two of my own, to gift to my cousins children when they are older, with photos and recipes. (I'm happy I have about 15 years to create them... 😄) Looking forward to watch the coming parts! 😊

This is so fun, Luise! I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the journal. Those trees remind me of how a real Christmas tree looks a month after Christmas is over and it's sitting by the curb waiting for the trash man to come and collect it. lol! I just love your work!

Love your work. The raised, horizontal bands/ribs/ridges on the outside spine are called 'hubs'.
