Another strategy i came up with to deal with guns, is to almost empty your ammo on your s97. This may sound like an odd idea, but I noticed that when you pick up all the ammo from a gun by walking over it, it disappears. So, if you're in the restricted area and you're taking people hostage with the strategy in this video, you wont have to pick up their guns. This is just a lot easier in my opinion, and saves some time. Also, in the camera operator area, you can just hostage the camera operator and then hostage the rest of them, as long as they're in good spots (lots of increased interrogation range perks recommended for this one).
One thing I've found is that when you're intimidating the guards at 1:30 they have to be in that specific spot or else it won't work. You'll have to shoot them or own the shotgun mastery perk (if you wanna go without kills).

If you kinda just suck at parkour you can lure the guard at the front and when you see a shaped or his arm through the spawn crate you can get him. It is extremely risky tho

This is easy as a breacher, just get the disguise from the catwalk then clear the first area entirely. Get a keycard from them. In fact, using a keycard is less suspicious than a scrambler.
You can stealth this as a juggernaut, you don’t need the art of the steel, you can drill it with the drilling perk, or you don’t need that perk because guards can’t see. You don’t need to take out every guard, it depends on rng in the hostile zone because then you can sneak out. There are 4 guards in the restricted area, and you can even just loop all cameras and take out the guards, then you can drill the doors in the area. When I saw the guide last time, you didn’t mention the respawning line

Tip: If you disable a camera in the first area, the guard with the keycard will come, if the guard with the keycard is already knocked out then another guard will come.
3rd commander method - So commander sometimes comes to area H very close to the room, if there is noone around (or you wanna take the risk) you can hostage her (and other guard if u took the risk) and take her into the room, interrogate - if you don't have a lot of out of sights this can be better than first method unof did, as you can be detected - also upper F area is pretty safe as long as you interrogate knock and bag and then freaking run for ur life (this never failed me)

I have been trying the cargo container jump FOR 30 MINUTES. Worst of all I got it three times at the start but kept not taking it because I wanted to be able to do it reliable and learn the trick if there was one. Fokn hell

XD In all honesty, this might be a good guide for people who want to be as carefull as possible or just people who are new to Legend, but I find myself just keeping a balance between taking risks and being safe which helps me be fast and effective.
Blacksite is pretty rng so I guess it's kinda better to play safe - even for me (the 1st guide), lv 60 helped me a bit - later on tho cuz I've beaten it as my 3rd last legend

No you can do it if the one at the entrace goes to the restricted area door too. You just need to have more intimidation range
Just use a CBR-C, it has 400 stud intimidating range.

If you have UP9 you don't need to take the guards S97 just get rid of some ammo from the pistol and take the S97 ammo
