You can set up a physical audio hub. To do this, place a physical part that emits audio from the radio into an audio listener part close to the audio emitter part. Then, multiple audio emitters across all the walkie talkies can be wired to receive a source from that physical audio listener part.
Dude, you just described a repeater, basically. That's dope Edit: This would allow you to create private radio communication for teams by having each teams HT (handheld transceiver) transmit to a different audio hub.
@@molonlabe5090 Yes, you'd also be able to use audio groups to only allow certain players who correspond to the relevant group to hear it - if someone was able to stumble upon the audio hub it would be useless.
@@IcyBarks Radio groups aren't as fun to think about. Imagine stumbling across the enemy's radio repeater and listening in on their comms, or stealing one of their HTs and using it to sew chaos over the net. ArmA Reforger comms activated Edit: Audio groups = privacy codes/encryption, audio hub = repeater.
To fix the not showing Voice Chat Service go to model tab then search for an option called service or well in my case its inside the advanced option then select the voice chat service and insert it thats all
Now imagine having a radio model worn on some sort of kit with a scripted key to activate it, allowing you to communicate through the radios without having to equip a separate tool.
@@Paul1Rb And with multiple audio hubs set up at the same location (or different audio groups) you could set up different channels/frequencies. Oh man, this is gunna be lit.
Using Raycast you could simulate RF propagation. Most handheld radios that you get from like Walmart or the dollar store operate on FRS (Family Radio Service) in the United States. These operate within the UHF band (300MHz - 3GHz) which means the waves don’t go through objects as well as lower frequencies, so it’s basically a Line of Sight radio. Using raycast you could detect objects between the transmitting and receiving radios and either block the transmission or play some sort of static to signify you being out of signal
Out of curiosity, I'm sure it's not possible to due ROBLOX's limitations. Is it possible for audios that isn't VC related to be played over the radio or is that not possible due to the amount of wires that needs to be connected?
@@TheBuliderMCEpicChannel In case you haven't found out, you could just add another audio listener and audio emitter to the radio to transmit non voice sounds
You need to have some kind of panel of keys that operates a computer and plug it in one of your USB ports on your PC. Then use a text editor or (preferably) install Roblox Studio and use the previously mentioned panel (keyboard) to write it in the Studio's script editor window. With the 2nd option, the script will format automatic as you write it.

I made it, and it works! Now i can make unlimited ammount of walkie talkies hehe

Thanks for the info!
Sorry for bad grammar i just dont speak english

Yw!

You'd just need to register a user input, send a remote, and activate/deactivate a listener for the radio

First! Awesome content mate keep it up!
Sure will!
Finally, i can make a lethal company game inside ROBLOX...
its just, no one has found how to make more than 3 players with the radio.

There would also be a delay so that the "electromagnetic wave" reaches the recipient, then you will definitely get a walkie-talkie

essentially this could work, but for a horror game where you and your friends are usually far away, this wouldnt work as good as you think it would.
can you make an tutorial how to also let non voicechat players use it via text
Can you make Lobby Teleport😊❤

Thanks!
what is inside of your Addvoice scrpt?
It's shown at 0:50
why the beta features of new audio api is not showing to me?
It might've gone live, you can just check if you can add any Audio API instances, Roblox might also be experimenting with this feature
Why i not have voice chat service??
You need to enable it from under the Services menu, don't remember where it was exactly
how did you get the AddVocie script ?
I wrote it, it's from my voice filters video
@@Paul1Rb thanks , im going to watch it , im tying to do a walkie talkie system for my horror game
my pleads have been answered
Indeed
doesnt work
Make sure you've not missed anything from the tutorial, and also remember that the AudioAPI came out of beta.
@Paul1Rb I did everything correctly and I watched it 4 times. Do you have discord? So I can send you my test place
Where can I get the code?
