If you want to find proper biryani in India, you will only get in Delhi or Kolkata. In our Pakistan, I think the best biryani in the world can be found. Not even the overhyped Hyderabadi biryani in India.
I disowned all the dishes in this video as a pakistani. Peshawari naan is not sweet and there is nothing like peshawari nan it is called afghani naan. In pakistan there is no such type of food called haleem kabab😂

Being a Pakistani this is the first time heard about haleem k kabab😂 it's not a thing bro . Haleem hum wese b khate hain buy ziada haleem ki niyaz banti hai moharram me not in Ramadan . Bihari boti behari kabab are not made in sarson ka oil, we hardly use sarson ka oil in our cuisine

Nihari was a morning dish not for emperors but labour because the meat cut used for nihari is not what royals use to have.
I got so excited when I started this video but I am so pissed rn. Never ever heard of this food in Pakistan and the girl in pink knows everything wrong.
1. Haleem is most eaten in Muharram month because the people during that war used to mix everything they had and made haleem out of it.
2. No sarson ka oil is used in behari kabab.
3. Pakistani nehari is amazing and eaten with plain Nan not with dry fruits or anything.
4. There is no such thing as haleem kabab.
There are way more wrong points in it. Please get recommendations from actual Pakistani before making such videos 😢

I've never come across or tasted "Haleem k Kebab" in Pakistan. While we do have "Shami Kabab," "Haleem k Kebab" is definitely not something you'll find anywhere in Pakistan.

As a Pakistani, I deny all these dishes to be called as Pakistani except for their names. Haleem Kababs I have never ever tried. Nihari looked like qourma with different kind of mutton piece.
Guys your efforts are appreciated but in Pakistan how the food looks and taste you can only experience it only here in Pakistan and secondly from Peshawar they use salt a lot than spices and naan is like salty roti ..and then sajji it's a whole chicken or whole lamb which goes under the ground for 7 hours approx to get fully ready you guys are getting the Indian version of Pakistani food like laal color a lot so please try to cook by yourself with the help of Pakistani TH-cam channel Food fusion or sooperchef......

There is no such haleem kabab in Pakistan . Who are give you these dishes names . 😂 You can see food fusion on TH-cam and got to learn about Pakistani food . We have mutton karhai, paye, nali nihari , bbq ,aondhi biryani ,pulao (beef/mutton) , keema alo,kaleji ,dahaga kabab , sheek kabab , butter chicken , anda shami burger, lots of options but not these things.

No.02-We use normal oil for Behari Kabab not Mustard oil.
No.03-Please do some research before making videos and also check videos from youtube that how such foods looks like here.

Okay as a Pakistani and karachities and behari too there is nothing like haleem k kabab we have shami kebab which are similar to this haleem kebab 2nd we make nihari with beef or camels meat.. In beef we specifically use bong or thigh part of the beef 3rd bihari kebab are also made in beef in serson k tail me.. Biryani to karachi ki best hai the one you guys had are not similar to ours and last sujji is a totally different from tandoori chicken its a crispy and dry one its aslo made in mutton filled with rice and nuts..
dude, never had any "haleem kabab" in my life, that's a shami kabab you are eating, also, chicken sajji ain't a thing, asli sajji goat/sheep ki hoti hy (kiun ky usmein stuff krky chawal pkaaty hein or usky fat mein bhunty hein chawal) chicken sajji is very... not-so-authentic. and try haleem authentic alg sy sahi wali, this biryani was not biryani-ing in any way possible it's supposed to be super spicy and khari khari.

And calling what you had Nihari is like calling a soggy dish rag a luxury towel. Real Nihari has a thin, silky gravy and meat so tender it falls apart with the lightest touch. As for Biryani, if you think that’s even close to Karachi Biryani, you’re in for a shock. Karachi Biryani is so rich and spicy it’ll make other biryanis look like bland side dishes. And Sajji-let’s just say your version wouldn’t win any awards in Pakistan. So, overall, your video gets a minus one out of ten. Next time, maybe check in with some actual food experts before you film!

Dear Pakistanis and OK tested. Bihari Kebabs are not from Pakistan but India. And yes we use sarso ka tel in Bihari Kebabs. So that's the way. without mustard oil and garlic it could be anything but Bihari. Bihari non veg cuisine is all about Mustard oil and garlic.

@@sweetkiller1927 The one you're trying to teach is from Bihar. And the dish is as much famous in Bangladesh as in Pakistan. Almost all muslim house in Bihar has their traditional recipe. There are hotels serving the same since 1900s in Patna. Have some sense of history before you claim.

There is no dish called as lala musa daal. It is typically a very famous daal from a dhaba named as mian g and this daal is famous as mian g ki daal . The word lala moosa is because mian g ka hotel is in lala mosa mtlb lala moosa jaga ka naam hai 😅
i love you guys for doing these videos, but as u can see, not a single dish is Pakistani or even its style. i feel so bad for u that u go through extreeemely inauthentic and madeup food. like -100 /10 on authenticy, the restaurants haven't even bothered trying to youtube a recipe before making it.

- Bihari kebab is only famous in karachi where there's pakistanis of bihari origin, made of beef but it is not remotely a very popular dish in pakistan.
- Lala Musa ki mian ji ki dal is NOT this dal. its a white dal very lightly spiced. even check recipes on youtube. that dal is sanjeev kapoor's bastardization of the original. in indian chefs, Ranveer Brar has a much more authentic recipe.
