@@GhostyBeats shifting or better know as reality shifting is basically realising your consciousness in another reality/world/life etc. You put yourself in that subconscious and it can literally do/be anything.
You can look how you want. Act like you want. Be who you want to be. Live in hogwarts or be a member of the avengers go to lord of the rings and so on! Like be in a relationship with that one person.
It is literally your own world that you can control and have all power over. Like literally you could have powers 😳

I know I don’t have the bets explanation but in an easier way to say it there are billions and trillions of world/universes/realities out there.
You’re kind of living a second life
(or 3rd life etc. Because you can shift to multiple realities)

For some it could take a few days for others it can take weeks,months,years etc.

Sorry to break it to you but you’re wrong! Shifting is putting your subconscious in your dr body so you become them! You feel and see everything as they would (and etc.) you can easily do reality checks as to make sure you’re not in a dream too! (shifting is not lucid dreaming either) you can shift even when you’re physically awake! (Again reality checks to prove you’re awake)
I’d love to see proof as to how it is fake please! And no my paragraph is not any major proof but just some little things that can give a bit of proof! :)
