where do you buy the little tool to unscrew?
after the first battery runs out it doesn't work anymore ... I see this happens frequently and the worst, Foreo does not guarantee this product range
For those of you having trouble removing the cover after unscrewing the two screws. You will need to peel back the silicone and dig in (about 1/2 inch) with your nails until you can feel a lip opening in the plastic, that will allow you to lift the cover.

*Hey everyone: For the little screwdriver I used a tiny 0mm Phillips head and a 2.4mm flat head to open my Foreo Luna fofo.
You skipped and didn’t show the most difficult part on pulling the top off to gain access to the batteries.
Literally what I came here for.

0.22 seconds, does the cover come out smoothly? I unscrewed the nails but the cover doesnt come out? Is this just me? How to make the cover come out?

@@lissethmartinezramos Hi Ladies, I uscrewed both the nails and peeled the silicone cover away from the bottom. You should be able to see the bottom plastic cover, just lift the cover. The AAA battery can be replaced inside. Hope this helps.

Same here, mine's dead after first battery replacement
guys, try taking out the battery again and wipe all the bottom part from water.. the bottom part gets rusty easily whenever there's water/damp. Dear Foreo, you're not f*ing waterproof!

It should not be leaking in water if it is assembled as it should. I guess you have changed the battery?
But if it does, then there is something wrong with your product
