This has never happened when I play Blue Reflection: Second Light, but it's a glitch I guess, it's not impossible. Eh, at least it's consistent with the first game, Hinako is wearing the same underwear compared to the first game and that's nice I guess. Other characters wear something that looks nice (the designs in the Blue Reflection games look good and detailed), but Hinako's panties? Yeah, I would say that the design is better than other designs in the same series.
