Would you please go over the PS and Printer settings in more details..... I have watched several times and you gloss over exactly what settings should be to match colors. Since the Epson 2800 is set up for regular printing and not Hiipoo Ink, my colors come out nothing like they should even using the ICC profile for an ET2800 Hiipoo conversion. Thanks so much!

I just bought one but got the wrong ink because I looked up which Hippoo ink to get and they said the bottles with the pointed lids and needed the syringe was the right one. I was shocked when I opened the box ands saw them because I didn’t want to deal with syringes. Note it’s Christmas weekend, and I have no ink 😭
IF I had already added the ink to my Epson 2800 that it came with and then emptied it and replaced it with the Hippo Sublimation ink will I have problems? I am new to sublimation and not able to get my photo's/design to print. I started with the sublimation paper from HTV but have ordered A Sub
Hello! Thanks great tutorial. Advise please. Less then 100 pages printed thus far via A Sub 125G (also run a test page once a week to keep heads clear). Prints great other then when I've tried to print sage or dark green, for skinny tumbler prints. Any advise? Eco 2850/Hippo ink. Thanks you.
I'm not getting it good at all with the printer, a subliflower came out great, then I did a mouse pad and it came awesome, the next day I try a t-shirt but the printer gave me no colors only a dark blue then I try it 2 times more and all the same , I did the ICC profile in Photoshop ( that the program I always use ) then I sen it to the printer and it keep giving me a dark blue color ,have no idea what to do, I change nothing on the printer, I'm so frustrated

Hello, I was setting up a brand new Epson Ecotank 2800 and trying to get it ready for sublimation. Soon as I reached the step after preparing, it mentioned it would take 11 minutes but before it could finish I received a message that there's an E2 scanning error.😭 All the website says is to shut off and turn back on, but it's been wasting my sublimation ink. Can you please help me or if anyone knows what I can do, kindly let me know, since I had a project deadline for tonight, but I'll just have to accept that it won't be met. However, I still need to resolve this issue, because it's causing me to waste value time and money. I really appreciate you taking the time to make videos to help others starting out, and appreciate any help I can receive pertaining to trying to get my ecotank up and running correctly. The latest is that when I try to turn it on, it skips the initiation step, but when I try to do anything it says printer busy, and then the same error message happens. I'm not sure if it's the way I'm loading the paper, because it doesn't seem to smoothly be able to be pushed to line up with the arrow where the printer tray is, since it's a rear tray. I also was in the middle of setting up the wifi network to connect to it, but I couldn't finish setting up because of the scan error. I finished trying to set it up on my cell which is android, and my laptop I'm using is a MacBook Air. Additionally, I was using brand new A sub sublimation paper and Hippo Sublimation Ink that mentioned it would work for an ET 2800.😔 I don't know if it's a printer problem, or a problem with the sublimation ink, paper being loaded, or air in the line, since I can't get passed this error code to even attempt to print anything.
Don’t waste your money. When you go to clean the heads it will only allow so many times before you have to call them up to increase your paper allowance. Go with Sawgrass.
Wow .... that's all you had to do to convert this ,was just by adding different ink 👏 awesome...

You'll want to install the correct Epson drivers/software package.
