Twellium Ghana can do better💔. People around that area are really suffering😢. They've bought all the lands and houses in that area to expand their business but are not working on their drainage system.
Because of money, people have taken the law into their own hands to do their own thing.
They should know that Public relations and journalism are not the same.

I tell you, I'm also experiencing similar problem here whereby they print books and other paper works using diesel, I've complain several times concerning the pollution but you can imagine it all fell on deaf ears.....
So if fixing just rain gutters to ensure proper drainage system is a problem for them, then how safe are we with their products manufactured within their walls... FDA and EPA should be up and doing

That company is causing a lot of problems in the area. I personally know someone living in that area and his son is now suffering from throat cancer due to their waste drainage system. Tooo much scent in the area.

Why didn’t the plaintiff sue the Assembly they fall within as well, Because they granted permit for the factory expansion. Only EPA is not enough

It is quite obvious some people like dragging issues. Twellium could have sent their engineers to work immediately to resolve the issue. How can the Lands Department demarcate a residential area to include an industry such as Twellium? Lands Department and the EPA have to work together to prevent incidences of this nature from happening again.

Did you listen to the whole video? Where the company is isn’t an industrial zone but a residential zone so him meeting them there isn’t the issue
This is why I keep telling lawyers to do ghanaians the favour of educating them so that in matters like this they do not become prejudice.
In terms of easement the company has no obligation towards selorm since they existed there before he came, that too over 10 years. @gossips24 TV, Clement I love your work but I plead with you to at least get a legal opinion in matters like this to educate the viewers so that their comments can be guided going forward according to law and not just human reality.

The company may not have any obligations towards Selorm in terms of easements but you cannot redirect your pipeline into someone’s property just because they came to meet you there. The company made extensions after the Selorm had already moved into his home. Also,dumping refuse at a company that produces consumables improperly is illegal and against FDA standards.
