- It's a myth that a Noisy-suspension can never be noiseless, There're only 5-6 parts in car suspension that causes clunking/rattling etc noises and if they're replaced with a good one! There'll be no noise.
Normally people prefer repairing the faulty parts of suspension because it costs nothing as compare to replacement cost but keep in mind repaired parts will last for hardly 3-5 month "OR LESS" because our roads are SUPER SMOOTH and a big pot hole is just enough for your repaired suspension parts

Hey Moiz! It's pleasure having with you here in conversation. Moving on, can you please guide me what to do if the gas-based shock absorbers like in mehran go out of order, whether to replace it or get it repaired?

Sorry, I've no experience with Gas based shocks but as far as repair or replacement is concerned, one should consider a new part specially a part that needs to be perfectly calibrated (L/R) and is responsible for your ride stability.
All aside, No doubt repairing is also a win-win in Pakistani markets but on the long run & as per my little experience in such scenarios its like buying a used part for 15k that'll work for 1 year or buy a new one for 23K that'll work for like 3 years that too with 1 year warranty.
I'll prefer peace of mind!

What is the recommendation for the 'kabli parts', like if one go for a replacement of shocks with a kabli, how much the factor of repair is involved in the kabli parts; whether we should go for a kabli shocks or a new one locally fabricated available in the market?

Kabli parts are really a wonder if u can manage to find a good one, but once again we never know if that's repaired or refurbished locally.
Vendor-Warranty is something you can rely on while going for a kabli part.
But the point is, parts that are supposed to be changed/replaced in pairs, like shock absorbers and lower control arm ETC, must be of same state meanwhile you need to find a set of used/kabli shock absorbers that were taken off from 1 car, because normally its like left one came from south and the right from east and god knows how either of them were treated and sure enough both will perform differently like for example one got 60% life and the other got 45% life left.
A trustworthy kabli parts dealer that can assure you with xyz days replacement/warranty ETC can be a good option.
