Good Evening Tom, love the Barn-board imprinting. Your Wife must do a Wonderful Job taking notes and Facilitating the Behind the Scenes support because the Jobs go so smoothly. Takes a lot of coordinated efforts to Build a Village. 😀👍👍👍
Nice work Tom, Donna is a blessing, all she does for you and the team. Your crew seems to get better and better, the new hand is coming along great. Always look forward to your videos: Spring has spring summer is upon us :) 💯🙏
Philadelphia Mike. Like how you make sure the property is clean and thorough after you’re done. Also make sure you get to all the details even fixing up the dirt around the patio you pour before you leave
Make up projects!! Donna makes notes and saves them. The day of project she prints out everything discussed. Brilliant. Of course, a change might have come up in the owners mind, so touch base w them day of project. Perfect. Having to compete w the neighbors patio that Steve did some time ago, that's just feathers in everyone's hat. My bet is that happens a lot. Neighbors see what TSH just gave them, they want that too. Can't blame them. Beautifes the home, increases it's value, and gives owners a great place to enjoy being outside w family and friends. I watched your last post on my TV, sorry no comment on it. Pneumonia hit me a third time, plus diagnosed w Afib. Lots more trips to Dr's. I really love your beautiful pool. The gaslighted diving stone, the fountain near the pool, and the lighting along the walks, awesome!! Thanks Tom and Steve for the camerawork! 👍❤️🙏🇺🇲🇺🇲
Philadelphia Mike -. Love how all your crew has the experience to stamp and finish concrete. I have watched other TH-camrs poor concrete and it seems like a few only the boss do the stamps. The crew is unexperienced.
Mr Haus if I may I suggest you do an app. Haus concrete calculator but also do stuff in regards to staining sealing etc etc etc. the app I'm starting has nothing to do with construction
Why not cut the asphalt across the road edge of the drive before digging out? Surely that would make a neater edge to concrete to so you don’t need cold patch
I have noticed many of your patio projects with steps out of the house have what appear to be significant step-downs to a narrow step. It seems to me that it is a safety issue. Some areas require a 36” landing for the first step. I assume that is not a requirement in your area.
Where I am the requirement for a landing only applies where the total rise of the steps is over 22 inches. Same for a handrail requirement. Regardless, we often ask the homeowner about whether current or future accessibility features are desired. They often haven't thought about aging, taking care of older parents, or potential resale value with better accessibility.
Tom, how do you like your wireless pool cleaning robot? Considering switching to one, but worried about performance, compared to the dolphin I currently have.
@@Concretewiththehauses I'm providing an app to use for free through a free service. The one downside is they like to sell your information. My research tells me the average cost for developing a proper app is around 16k. You guys are already doing well on TH-cam and everyone I talk to already knows your channel. I feel like with advertisement you guys would make that back quickly.
Philadelphia Mike -- Watching you seal the four patios -- Now you’re poor concrete on a new patio -- wondering which size stone you use in the concrete mix. - you said you were born at stiff cause you didn’t want it to splash on the house
Hey Tom please secure your Google info as to not be hacked like Ryan it's a bummer to loose his channel and I don't wanna have the same thing happen to you and your awesome channel.
How many jobs do you do in a month? Have you ever worked out how many yards of concrete you pour in a month? On average. 😊 Videos don’t really tell that story

Tom, I thought you were a concrete guy. You missed your true calling. You should have been a silent film star. That was truly epic. 😂😂😂

Only on the front door
have you poured any fluoresent concrete they are advertising it in tn.
God, I hope not!! Sounds horrible 😢😢
I’ve never done it. My neighbor poured some glow-in-the-dark aggregate concrete. It’s pretty neat.

My app will be done soon Mr Haus.
You got me curious

A solution to your “problem” is to keep your container hidden from the crew. 🤪🤪
Hey Tom! I have a feeling what you didn’t want to show us was a OSHA violation lol.😁
