IMO it's about starting a new relationship. In the two middle choruses, and the first half of the intro he's telling her that the person he was before they got together should be forgotten. And every memory she has of him that doesn't have her in it to forget that too. The second half is him saying the same thing but forgetting the person she was before him etc. Telling her in the last line of the middle chorus that all he knows now relationship wise is her. The last chorus. He telling her to forget the person she was before meeting him. He's doing the same, forgetting the person he was before her. That's why "he only see's (her)"
He really does not have a lot of opportunity to shine as a vocalist thats y i am hoping for him to have more opportunity to flex his vocals! Coz he is a great one hell of an artist! Hope to see more kai and more exo! Thank you!

Let me tell you hon, EXO is a group of phenomenal vocals. They are the kings of vocals. Every member has so much talent. There is a reason that EXO are at the top of SM....they are idols for idols. That's not me saying that other SM groups aren't good or great. SM has been very good and lucky at finding awesome talent. I'm just saying, EXO are kings. Please also keep going on EXO songs. Performances, their sub units, their solo stuff....SM stations and OST's. There is a lot of EXO to dive into, least of which is also SuperM cuz two EXO members are in that as well and the group also has members from NCT and Taemin as well.
