Hello, you can trigger with update without condition but then in actions select If logic and use updated by field via data pill and then operator as is not then in value select Assigned to field.userid. and create further actions as per your requirement. This might work.

Can i also update the custom fields on an incident form. we have a custom field called capability and level. I want whenever the capablity is network and level is selected automatically and assignment also gets changes to network L1

I have a very similar flow to the record is updated one. My trigger condition is when state changes to Closed. However, it does not trigger the flow when I click on the UI Action that moves the state to closed. I have tracked it down to the UI Action itself. If I get rid of all the conditions and have a flow that runs whenever the record is updated it runs everytime I save or move the incident except when I use the Close Case UI Action. Do you know of anything in UI Actions that could cause a flow to not trigger?
