Besides the fact that they forced the ones with plea deals to agree that this was a fact, the evidence just isn’t there that these crimes were committed in furtherance of the “gang”. I still think they should’ve prosecuted these crimes individually but my guess is the RICO is what’s gonna make it fall flat.
