I have to choose the motors to be mounted on a 10 Xugong, I can mount the propellers up to 10 ", use afro 30 amp, dj naza lite, 4s 4000 mha. everything should be around 1360 g (with 980 kv) and 1440 (with 900 kv)
I'm undecided between 2 motors:
-sunnysky from 980 kv (I see that they are very used with 4s) or 2216 to 900KV.
I'm interested that the motor are not much warmer. I do not care to have a fast setup, I just need the quad to get up to 50% of gas, I'd rather have a few minutes more flight.
I would use the 9x5 graupner

I don't think there will be much of a difference between the 2 motors. I haven't used Sunnysky motors though. With 9 inch propellers 900kv should be enough. My quadcopter takes of at around 50% throttle using a 3300mah 4S lipo.
